All work is carried out based on the agreed scope outlined in your quote or agreement. Any additional work requested outside of this scope may incur extra costs, which will always be discussed and approved before being carried out.

You agree to provide reasonable access to your property for the duration of the works. Delays caused by restricted access, unavailable utilities or other factors outside our control may affect timelines and costs.

While we aim to complete all work within agreed timeframes, delays can sometimes occur due to circumstances beyond our control. This may include material availability, unforeseen structural issues or changes during the project. We will always keep you informed and work to minimise disruption.

We take pride in delivering high quality workmanship. Any guarantees or warranties will be confirmed as part of your project. Issues caused by misuse, lack of maintenance or work carried out by others are not covered.

We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability is limited to the value of the work carried out, and nothing in these terms excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

If you need to cancel or reschedule work, please let us know as soon as possible. Deposits may be non refundable depending on the stage of the project and any costs already incurred.
